「京都二条苑 銀座八丁目店」は、慶長１６年に建設された日本庭園をもつ御屋敷料理店「がんこ 高瀬川二条苑」の新店舗。銀座中央通りにありながら、伝統ある京都二条苑の雰囲気と京料理を味わえることをコンセプトに計画された。エントランスにはプロジェクターを使用し、格子の奥に二条苑の庭の昼景・夜景を動画で映し出し、格子窓の向こうに日本庭園が広がっているように演出。メインホールは中央に存在感のあるアンティークの屏風絵を設置し、インパクトと落ち着きのある空間としている。また、大人の街、銀座に必要な個室空間も意識したつくりも特徴。各個室は木の温かみを感じさせ、デザインが主張しすぎないことで、銀座の客層と、二条苑の京料理に相応する空間になったと思う。（沼田行正／沼田行正デザインオフィス）

“Kyoto Nijoen Ginza 8-chome shop” is a new store of “Ganko Takasegawa Nijoen”, a Turf-House restaurant with a Japanese garden built in 1611. It was planned with the concept that guests can enjoy traditional atmosphere of Kyoto Nijoen and Kyoto cuisine while being in Ginza center street. The projector at the entrance reflects the movie of Nijoen garden both during daytime and nighttime onto the wall behind the lattice, directing as if the Japanese garden is spreading over the lattice window. The main hall is designed to be a space with impact and calm with an antique folding screen painting with a sense of presence in the center. In addition, it is also specialty of the restaurant that the space design includes private rooms, which is necessary for Ginza, the city of adults. The space become suitable to the customer range of Ginza and Kyoto cuisine of Nijoen as each private room produces the warmth of the tree and the design is not too assertive. 于西元1611年建成并且拥有一座日式庭园的日式宅邸餐厅「GANKO 高濑川二条苑」旗下所开设的一家新店舖「京都二条苑 银座八丁目店」位于银座中央通，我们计划以品尝京都菜肴及感受京都二条苑的传统气氛作为设计概念。我们在入口处使用投影仪，将二条苑庭园白天和夜晚的景观作成动画投影在木格栅内，彷彿能透过格子窗感受到日式庭园的美景及延伸视野。在主厅设置了一个古色古香的屏风画，除了吸晴的存在感外，也使其成为一个充满冲击和平静的空间。此外，我们也意识到在银座这个成年人聚集的地方, 设置独立包间也是空间里必需的。每个包间採用木头元素做设计,让客人感觉到树木的温暖以及不过份装饰的沉稳内敛，打造一个符合银座客群,也与二条苑的京都菜肴相呼应的空间。（沼田行正／numata design office）
