「神戸フランツ」は、チーズケーキやチョコレートなどの伝統的なスイーツに、神戸のイメージ「はいから・お洒落さ・海・旅」をプラスした商品を展開されています。これらは「神戸土産のスイーツ」として、多くの方に人気があります。その神戸フランツ初の飲食業態が、神戸ハーバーランドumieモザイクに新しくオープンした「Frantz cafe」（フランツカフェ）です。神戸港の景の美しさ（特に夜景）を最大限堪能出来るカフェとなっています。窓上には緞帳を垂らし、昼、夜問わず、窓の外に広がるビューを「舞台」と見立ています。店内は、豪華客船をイメージするデザインとしています。スイーツやディナーとワインをこの景色を見ながら楽しんで頂く。この体験が、「神戸土産」という発想です。（東潤一郎／JA laboratory）

“Kobe Frants” has offered the combination of traditional desserts, such as cheesecakes and chocolates, with the image of Kobe; Haikara (meaning “Modish” in Japanese), fashionable, ocean, and travel. They are popular as original desserts of Kobe among many people. “Frantz Cafe”, opened in KOBE HARBORLAND Umie MOSAIC, is their first restaurant. In the restaurant, people can enjoy the beautiful scenery, especially the night view, of Kobe harbor. By putting drop curtains on the windows so that the view from the restaurant seems to be a “theatre” day and night. The restaurant itself got an inspiration from a luxury liner. People can enjoy desserts or dinner and wine with the special scenery of the harbor and take this experience as a souvenir of Kobe.
