既存の「café&books bibliotheque」（ビブリオテーク）の姉妹店として、「カフェ」の寛ぎに新たに「バール」の活況を併せ、鉄板料理を中心とした「bib baR」（ビブ バール）。ランチは、食堂のような賑わいを演出するオープンキッチンとホール、カフェの気軽さと寛ぎを楽しむソファ席とテラス席、夜はバールとして楽しめるカウンターやホールなど、様々に対応できるツールを作りました。さらに、外部環境と店舗がつくる境界線に、オペレーションに合わせてコントロールできる扉と開放的なガラス面を利用することで、一日を通してすべての時間にフィットするシーンをデザインしました。オーナーと時間を掛けてMDを共有することで、一人でも、友達とでも、家族とでも、それらすべてのシーンに対応できるコミュニケーションカフェ＆バールを生み出せたのではないかと思います。（大園貴生／salt.、文責BAMBOO）

Newly opened “bib baR” is a sister restaurant of “café&books bibliotheque”. The restaurant is a mixture of café and bar and mainly provides teppan-yaki cuisine. We created many tools to meet different needs such as cheerful open kitchen and hall at lunch time, relaxing sofa and terrace seats at café time, and grooved counter and hall at bar time. By setting adjustable doors and windows on a border of the restaurant and street, the restaurant can create different scenes fitting every hour. We had worked on MD with the owner for a longtime and thus succeeded in creating flexible café and bar where you can visit alone, with friends, or with families. (Takao Ozono/ Salt.)
