高麗橋吉兆 JR大阪三越伊勢丹店

なんばダイニングメゾン店に引き続き設計担当をした「高麗橋吉兆 JR三越伊勢丹店」。前回同様これまで吉兆がつちかってきたものを引き継ぎながら、和紙や左官材で品と緊張感を保った空間構成を考えた。２人席の充実と個室の確保は基本とし、テーブル席はアーチ状のゆるやかな間仕切のなか、セット替えによって多人数でも落ち着いて食事ができるよう工夫した。なんば店では客席全体をアルミのロッドで区切った空間とした。今回は軟らかいアール形状の天井と壁・真鍮のパイプで構成したテーブル席をメインにし、個室はそれぞれテクスチャーを変化させて各シークエンスの雰囲気をつくった。作家ユン・ヒチャンの作品はそのような空間に積層感を醸し出したのではないかと思う。（橋本健二、文責BAMBOO）

Gently Zoned by Brass

We designed Koraibashi Kitcho, JRMitsukoshi-Isetan Branch following to Namba Daining Maison Branch. As well as the previous one, we reserved what Kitcho has established and designed the space layouts keeping the class and uprightness by using rice papers and plasters. While maintaining 2-seater tables and private rooms, the table area with the arch-shaped partition provides quiet ambiance for a big group by adjusting table sets. At Namba Branch, we divided the whole guest area by aluminium rods. This time, we set the ceilings and walls in R-shape and table area designed with brass pipes as the main area and created the different ambiance for each private room by changing texture. The work by the artist, Yoon Hee-Chang added the depth to the space.
