香港の東涌（Tung Chung）にあるアウトレットモールCitygate Outletsに、人気の広東料理レストラン「HEXA」の新ブランド「SIXA」がオープンした。よりカジュアルな広東フュージョン料理をコンセプトに、1960年代のビストロ風の空間を、現代的なアプローチで組み立てている。店内では、60年代の香港の文化とライフスタイルからインスピレーションを得たパステルグリーンの色使いが、新鮮で活気のある雰囲気を生み出す。その他、セラミックの透かし彫りのスクリーン、折りたたみ椅子、大胆なネオンサイン、レトロなポップアートなど、香港ならではのユニークなデザイン要素にモダンなアイデアを加えつつ、洗練されたビンテージ感を演出している。モダンとビンテージ、東洋と西洋の要素が相まって、文化と芸術性に富んだグルメ体験が楽しめる空間になった。（Steve Leung Design Group）

Set in Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung, SIXA is the newest branch of HEXA, conceived for a more casual fusion Cantonese dining experience enveloped in a 60s inspired bistro, reimagined through a contemporary approach.
Taking inspiration from Hong Kong culture and lifestyle in the 1960s, the pastel green palette creates a fresh and vibrant ambience. Unique local design elements are thoughtfully integrated into the space for a refined vintage feel with a modern twist: ceramic openwork screens, folding chairs, daring neon lights and retro pop artworks, all seamlessly blend into the lively interior. 位于香港东涌（Tung Chung）的奥特莱斯购物中心Citygate Outlets，开设了人气广东料理餐厅“HEXA”的新品牌“SIXA”。结合更为休闲的粤式菜肴理念，将1960年代的Vistro小馆风格空间，融入现代式手法。店内使用了从60年代的香港文化和生活方式中获得灵感的青瓷绿色。打造出新鲜活泼的氛围。另外还有，通花水泥屏风，折叠椅，大胆的霓虹灯，复古的流行艺术等，在对港式独有的设计要素中加入新派摩登思想的同时，演绎出了精致的年代感。现代与复古，东方与西方的要素相互融合，成为富有文化与艺术性的美食体验空间。（Steve Leung Design Group）
