武田薬品工業が東京・日本橋本町に建設した、新グローバル本社のインテリアデザインのクリエイティブディレクションを手がけた。日本を代表する企業としてのブランドを世界に向けて発信するため、同社ならではのオリジナリティーを空間に表現した。常に患者を第一に考え、優れた医薬品の創出を通じ、人々の健康と医療の未来に貢献するという同社の思いを汲み、人間の「生きる力」をビル全体の空間デザインコンセプトに設定。エントランスから受付、ワーキングエリアまでの一連の流れを人間の生命を育むストーリーと捉え、『生』『水』『光』『土』『木』『人』『絆』『未来』という8つの漢字のモチーフに、洗練された現代的なアイコンで表現した。それらを「和」を感じさせるあしらいで、壁面のアートワークやカーペット、照明などに展開。「生きる力」をサポートする日本発のグローバルカンパニーという企業のアイデンティティーを発信すると同時に、そこで働く多様な人たちが、同社の目指す明るい未来を共有できる空間となっている。同プロジェクトは、社内外にブランドを発信するスペースブランディングの事例として注目を集めている。（SAMURAI）

We did the creative direction for the interior design of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company’s new global headquarters, located in the Nihonbashi Honcho area of Tokyo. The interior space embodies the company’s uniqueness, spreading their brand message globally as a leading company in Japan. Inspired by the company’s philosophy of contributing to the health of people and the future of medicine through the creation of excellent medicine while always placing patients first, the concept of the space design for the entire building was set as human’s “life force”. We conceived of the flow from the entrance through the reception, all the way to the working area as depicting the story of encouraging human life. We expressed this with modern and sleek icons themed on 8 characters meaning “Life,” “Water,” “Light,” “Earth,” “Trees,” “People,” “Connections,” and “Future,” which were incorporated into the artwork on the walls, carpet and lighting, creating the spirit of Wa(a sense of Japanese-style harmony). The space not only helps spread the company’s corpo-rate identity as a Japan-based global company that supports human “vitality,” but it also supports the diverse people who work there by allowing them to share the bright future the company aims to create. This project is enjoying attention as the case study of space branding that communicates the brand to those within and outside of the company. (SAMURAI)

这是制药公司“Takeda（武田药品工业）”在东京日本桥本町所建造的新全球总部，我们参与了总部室内设计的创意方向项目。为了将这个代表日本的企业品牌传播到世界，我们在空间中体现出该企业独一无二的原创性。
通过优先考虑到患者，制造出优质的药物，以及与人类健康和医疗保健的未来做出贡献的企业愿景保持一致性，我们在整个建筑空间里以人类“生存的力量”作为设计概念。从入口处开始一直到接待柜台及工作区域的一系列动线中，我们以“生”、“水”、“光”、“土”、“木”、“人”、“绊”和“未来”八个汉字为原型，设计出精简利落的现代ICON图标来表现出孕育人类生命的故事主轴。装饰于墙上的艺术品、地毯、照明等，目的是让人们感受到“和”风特色。
源自日本的全球化企业身份，支持“生存的力量”并向世界传播的同时，这总部也成为了不同国籍身份的员工们共享公司美好未来的空间。该项目作为企业内外品牌定位传播的空间案例，正受到各界的瞩目。 （SAMURAI）
