日本における「THE CITY BAKERY」の12店目。今回の区画は、面積の約半分がパン工房（KOBO）で、残りがレストランスペースとそこに隣接する別区画のベーカリーの販売スペースを設置し、それぞれが別の機能を持ちつつ、一つの店としてリンクするという特徴を持っています。
KOBOでは、通路からオープンに見える焼き場をつくり、ライブ感を店に入る前から感じてもらえます。レストランのキッチンも天井まで開かれた思い切ったオープンスペースにすることで、炭場やグリルなど、見た目にも楽しめ、訪れるゲストに十分な期待感を持たせます。客席は施設の中庭とつながる区画の特徴を存分に生かし、大きなガラスサッシは、THE CITY BAKERYのカラーであるブルー系で仕上げて、シンプルな形ながら見た目にインパクトのあるファサードとしました。店全体に渡り、テラスのグリーンを楽しみながら、大人がくつろげる空間を提案しています。（ミュープランニング）

The 12th store of “THE CITY BAKERY” in Japan. About half the area of the store is bakery (KOBO), and the rest is a restaurant space and another bakery’s sales space. Each space has different roles yet link each other and function as one store.
At KOBO, there is a grill that looks open from the aisle, so guests can feel the live feeling before entering the store. By making the restaurant kitchen open even to the ceiling, guests can enjoy the appearance of charcoal grill with a full expectation. The guest seats made full use of the characteristics of the section connected to the courtyard of the facility, and the large glass sash was finished with the blue color that is the key color of THE CITY BAKERY. The facade has a simple shape but has an impact on the appearance. We offer a space where adults can relax while enjoying the green of terrace. (MYU PLANNING)

这里是位于日本的”THE CITY BAKERY”的第12家店。此次的空间区划，是将面积约一半的空间作为面包工房（KOBO），其余设置为餐厅还有与之相邻的另一处区划为面包西点的贩卖区。各自具有各自特有功能的同时，又是成为整体店铺重要一环的特征。KOBO是走在街边通路便开放可见店内的烤制场，现场气氛感在入店前就能感受的到。餐厅的厨房也是尽情延展至天花板的开放式空间。碳烤场，烧烤等等，看起来便很享受，让光临的客人们有充分的期待感。座席与设施中庭相连，充分展现出区划特点。巨大的玻璃窗框，使用了THE CITY BAKERY的特有颜色，蓝色系来完成。主体外观用以素朴简洁的形式，同时看起来又具有冲击力。包括店面全体，一边享受露台空间营造出的绿色，又可作为大人们休息放松的空间提案。（MY PLANNING）
