ダズルやリゴレットなどの人気レストランを手掛けるHUGEが新店「アシエンダ デル シエロ」を代官山にオープンした。9階建てビルの最上階にあるこのモダンメキシカンレストランは、メインダイニング、中2階席、全天候型のテラス席で構成。天井高8mの吹き抜け空間には、オリジナルに製作されたシンボリックな巨大シャンデリアが吊られる。バンコクのシロッコや、香港のシーヴァを彷彿とさせる本格的天空レストランが東京に誕生した。空間デザインを手掛けたのは、SWeeTの佐野岳士（さの・たけし）氏。
Modern Mexican Dining “House in the Sky”
HUGE, restaurant operator for Dazzle and Rigolette, opened their new venue “Hacienda del cielo” in Daikanyama. Located on the top floor of a nine-storey building, this restaurant has a main dining room, mezzanine space and all-weather type balcony. Originally designed chandelier is hung from the 8-meter high ceiling in the atrium. The place may remindyou of the places like Sirocco in Bangkok and Siva in hong Kong. Interior design is done by Takeshi Sano of SWeeT.
