オーナーが腕をふるう創作和食のレストランです。約150㎡の大きさで、東京の新名所となった世界一の電波塔スカイツリーに付随する商業施設の30階にあり、東京の下町の夜景が楽しめます。このレストランのデザインは、日本の戦国時代に西洋から輸入された工芸品や宗教的な装飾品等に影響をうけた一部の特殊な形状をモチーフとし、その雰囲気を再現した柱や、外壁を特徴としています。中央にキッチンをレイアウトし、オープンにすることで店内のどこからも料理人が仕事をするところが見え、活気ある雰囲気になっています。（塩見一郎／スピンオフ）

This is a restaurant serving creative Japanese food with skilled owner chef. It has approximately 150 square meters big, and situated in the 30th floor of the commercial facility next to the highest tower in the world, Tokyo sky tree tower that has become the new Tokyo’s landmark. And you can enjoy stunning night view of Tokyo’s old town from the restaurant. The special shapes influenced by the craft imported from the west during the age of civil war in Japan and religious décors etc. set as a motif of the restaurant design, and its atmosphere recreated on the columns and the exterior walls make the feature of the restaurant. The kitchen placed in the center and by making it opened, there is a view of cooks work from anywhere in the restaurant and it makes vivid atmosphere.（Ichiro Shiomi／spinoff）
