コンセプトは「和中折衷」。オーナーは、梅田界隈に四つの和食店を展開している「佐勘大阪」。化学調味料を使わない自然派中華とお酒をテーマにした佐勘オリジナルの中華料理店である。店内は、レンガ、木、左官等の自然素材を生かした落ち着きのある空間の中にスチールのフレームを組み合わせた照明やパーテーションを設置し、中国から輸入したレンガやアースカラーの中に香辛料を連想させる赤いセードの照明が雰囲気をつくり出す。「佐勘」のベースとなる「和」と料理の「中華」の異なるエッセンスをバランスを保ちながらも自由に取り入れること、また「和」「中」に限らず異なるものを組み合わせることで賑わいのある空間を創出した。（infix）

The concept is “a blending of Japanese and Western styles”. The parent company of this restaurant is “Sakan Osaka” that runs 4 Japanese restaurants in Umeda area in Osaka. “Bimishuro Sakan” provides the original organic Chinese cuisine without chemical seasonings. We adopted natural materials such as bricks, wood, and plaster　for interior that make a relaxed atmosphere. Among them, we put lightings and partitions combined with steel made frames. The red lampshade that reminds of spiceries surrounded by bricks imported from China and earth-tone colors creates a certain mood. The harmonization of different essences, “The Japanese” and “The Chinese” that are the base of Sakan, and the mixture of different factors other than Japanese and Chinese result in creating the joyous space.
