地球に優しい暮らし方を発信しているイーグル建創の「本物天然無垢材、体感ショールーム」をテーマとした新しいスタイルのショールーム。外観は建物自体が浮かび上がるような流れる光によってファサードを存在させ、内部空間は住宅のショールーム機能、ギャラリー空間に加え、LIVING／DINING／KITCHENの三つの仮想空間を含め、計五つの箱で空間を構成している。『内包と開放』『素材と光』を軸に、素材の持つ魅力を浮かび上がらせている。例えるならば、新鮮な刺身のように素材そのものの持つ魅力を引き出し、光で囲み包み込むことで、素材自体を浮かび上がらせた。時代に合った生活の豊かさを与えてくれる「新たなる日常」を、『素（＝無垢）』の心地良さと共に体感できる空間となった。（柿谷耕司／文責BAMBOO）

Natural, but still rich new lifestyle
The homebuilding company “EAGLE KENSO” suggests environmentally-friendly lifestyles. The theme of their new showroom is “to experience the natural wood”. Surface appearances are formed by flowing lights and interior spaces are established by 5 boxes; showroom and gallery as a residence and living, dining, and kitchen as virtual spaces. Two key ideas “Containment & Release”, “Material & Light” bring attractive aspects of the materials to the surface. This method may be similar to Japanese traditional cuisine Sashimi, sliced raw fishes, for which cooks just develop the enchantment of materials by putting lights. The space lets you to experience rich “New daily life” along at the time with the comfortableness of “Nature (=solid)”. (Koji Kakitani)
